Appreciate this, but I'm an OEM type guy lol. I also need those corner lights and part of the harness as I have a facelifted bumper and my corners wont fit. those corner lights are hard to come by If i buy just a bumper.

Ive never seen fitament as an issue between any style 3rd gen bumper covers and corner lights. The only differences are the patterns on the lense itself. The assembly is identical.
you must be refering to the parking lights (running lights) that are in the bumper itself that face forward of the car.

Junk yards good source for those, finding an undamaged one may take some hunting.
Where are you at 89akord? I have a pre-facelift bumper you can have for free (it's got grey primer on it). But shipping is not practical.
Like 2oodoor said, I got my post-facelift bumper from Pick-n-Pull for $50 with lights.
I have an OEM front Honda bumper.
