F22 is a better engine, bulky 2.2L and i have a 90 LX (f22a1) 130hp and 140ft-lbs. Its a nice morotor to work on. But its not for your 3g. Its way too big and being a SOHC, its just not right. Get a Bseires motor, snug fit, lof ot aftermarket support and its just worth the money for a swap.

You'll need the mounts... but then yeah you can put any of them in (excluding the b20a5 and b21 of course)
    Now:
    -1988 Honda Prelude custom
-1988 Honda Accord (to be fixed and sold)
    Soon:
    -some big 4x4 truck
    -91 Acura NSX

thats because of the fucking lesser displacement u get no friggin torque considering the newer Bseires motors are all lighter. Well, get a B20A if ur really looking for a swap like everyone is doing cause that is well worth the money and ppl are finding new ways to fit aftermarket parts into it, even those from the ludes so u can be set with a JDM B20A, atleast thats what i would get. FOrget the B16 abd B18, Vtec or non Vtec. They aint going in my car for that much of money.
