i seen this prelude and it had like a split manifold so you could have dual exhaust all the way back also the engines look like the accord engine alot so would this exhaust manifold fit i just thought it might be cool

might work. i would need to see pix. i believe the prelude of that year was either a 1.6 or 1.8 litre. i could work on a 3geez engine. only thing is you need to machine it to fit the exhaust ports. maybe some other stuff. i would just get a new header cuz i dont thing that would add much performance.
Keep it HONDA. Or at least Asian.™

An 88-89 lxi/sei manifold is the same way, though its not ment to be used like that. The pipes should be joined into one about twice the length of the primary pipes to get the best scavenging effect. Besides there really isnt enough room under the car to run 2 pipes. Its just for show anyway, there'll be no performance gain from it. If you want duals just get a Y pipe put in back before you're muffler and hang a second one.
andy
this manifold is also conected to two pipes with two cats and the pipes are close together its weird but kinda cool
