need help with wheel size

i saw some str514 that i like but was wondering if the 17x9" wheel will fit with a spacer and if it did would it effect the way the car drives? or should i go with 15'' wheels instead?

It depends on what offset they are and what size tire you want. Some people on here have 17's, I have 15's.
