Hey Neuspeed87lx maybe you can help me then. I was going to buy a PCV valve yesterday and the guy gave me this little thing. I thought the pcv valve was that little tube that connects onto the inake manifold. The guy gave me the pcv valve and I said I don't think this is what I'm looking for. Do you have to take the tube off and take out the little valve? Thanks a lot dude.

yea you need to take the black u shaped tube off to get to the pcv valve its on the left side ... the pcv valve is this little metal thing ...its about an inch and a half long ... it was kinda tough to get out but i just pulled on it straight up and it came out ..then i just put the other one in and put the black tube back on it ..let me know if you need more help

Well I guess I have to go back to the store and pick it up and install it. 88 Acccord DX, what I would probably do is warm up the rubber hose and then try to put the pcv valve in. It should expand the hose a little bit. And it's really easy to find if you know where the intake manifold is.

you dont put the pcv valve into the hose ...its goes into the intake manifold then the hose just slips over it
