    no brakes randomly

I have had my Honda for the last six months and 19k miles with no issues in a 87 lx one night my fiancee drove it home and told me the brakes feel weird to her. The next morning my mom drove the car and said same thing. I drove it out of town that day and coming into the next town I noticed there wasn't much pressure until pumped there is no leaks no way for air to get in the system so I replaced the master bench bleed then bleed all the lines from farthest first still same issue I can stop the car on one push if not in a hurry but its too the floor but to even think about locking the brakes it takes several pumps and no one I have talked to have any idea including several mechanics any one else have this issue.
Does it need to be vaccum bleed? It doesn't feel like there's air in it
