Thumbs up Pics of my -88 Accord

Here are pics of my -88 Honda Accord. Let's hope this works; this is my first thread here.

This photo was manipulated with Paint Shop Pro just to show what my car will look like after installing the lowering springs.

yay, i get to make the first reply about your car

i like the non-USDM front ends with non-pop-ups, your car looks real clean, and @ first i thought the powered by honda decal was factory, lol

and whats your opinion on your head unit? its the JVC KDLH-1000 right? or is itt he arsenel version? i have the non-arsenel version, and the sound quality is great but my damn screen saver stoppedcoming on even though its still set on all time play...

    NICE CAR AND WELCOME!!

Congratulations on the first reply . Nooo don't call my car clean . It's sooo filthy (I haven't had the time to wash or wax it). I'll send more pics when I get the car washed. The Powered by HONDA decals were ordered from Honda Club of Finland.

About the head unit... It's actually JVC KD-LH7R model with no screen saver... I think the sound quality is kinda good too with 100W JVC speakers in the back of the car.

Thank you . I wouldn't actually say my car is clean . It's everything but clean . I mean It doesn't even shine in the pics even tho it was painted 6 months ago. I had it waxed in the summer but now it's covered with dust and snow again.

About the engine compartment... I'll take some pics tomorrow and I can post them here for you to see.

Ithink its clean you could tell if a car is in good condition dirty or clean but you could still see that the body and paint are nice i think thats what peaple mean by clean.

Yeah you're right. I thought the word "clean" had to mean something else than "non-dirty". The body and paint are in good condition so that's what the word "clean" means in this context. Thank you .

Question what are the switches near the E-brake for? Cause the U.S. models dont have that? Looks nice cause there are not many with that style front end on it. (on this board).

I'll second that question, they definately make the center console look more complete.

Nice ride tho, haven't seen too many that clean and complete.

Yeah the switches... the one on the top (near the gear stick) is the swtich for heated seat and below that is the headlight washer (I had them removed) and the bottom one is for the power antenna.

Thank you all for the compliments . I know my car looks very different from the US models and that's why I posted the pics here, 'cause I knew that many of you would like to see some different Accord pics .

I also like my car but the one thing I hate about it are the way too small 14" tires and the rims that suck . I was thinking of getting 15" tires which might just fit after I have the lowering springs installed.

I'll be posting new pics later this week (maybe even today) after I get my new 2" exhaust pipe installed. I'm also gonna send a manipulated pic of which my car WOULD look like after the lowering springs are installed.

I can't stop looking at that spoiler! I love it, it's a real nice looking spoiler that fits the car verrrrrrry well. Is it aftermarket or was that a factory option over there? Just to make sure, but do you have rear disc? What's this business about heated seats? That's just not fair! That wasn't even offered here in the SE-i's (the highest model in the US). I also have to say that that center console looks great in the car. I agree that it makes it look much more "complete". Thanks for posting, and great looking car. Can't wait to see more pics!

I have same model, and there is no rear disks.
Spoiler and heated seats was factory option here, just now there -32°C, yesterday there was -38°C, so if you dont have heated seats your dick will be frozen.

LOL! Yeah, that would be bad, I don't think my girl would be too happy if that happened.

Wanna sell that spoiler? Or is there a wreckers nearby that might have a 3G with that spoiler on it? Do you also have that same center console with all those switches on it?

...and can i sell you my center console, how much you wanna pay for it?
I think its not very cheap to send it to you.
