search function

I hate the search function on this board. Why the hell cant you search for something under 4 letters in length? I get so pissed off when I try to search for stuff like "pcv valve" , "act clutch", etc.

you should also make it so you can search for users by where they're located at

use the wildcard, *act* clutch or *pcv* valve

that happend to me like 2 days ago.. i put in pcv valve ... i was thinkn the same thing

theres a setting that marc can change to make it search at 3 letters instead of 4 or more. its up to marc if he wants that function. searching by three letters increases the search time and server load on the host. so it depends on the hosting service (or if hes doing it at home) whether of not they will allow that much increase in bandwidth a month. more bandwidth=more money.
