need some advice

ok guys i hav £150 big ones to spend on ma car.
I am looking to make the car look better!!
just appearance yet, the performance comes later
Heres my choices:
1. Spoiler
2. Lower it! (it will look like my avatar)
3. get the bumpers an mirros colour coded
4. get tinted windws
5. get an exhaust with nice tailpipes stickin out the back!
6. anything else u can think of? please state

what do y'all rcommend?

hmm tint is ok... but lower the car first, but I've never cared that much for tint.

Getting the paint would be my second choice.
