Cool everything old is new again! (Update on my hatch and a Poll!)

Hooray! Just for fun I present a Poll! Background:

Hi 1Geez, so I don't post much as my 1G accord hatch isn't my daily anymore.

This accord has had a chequered history, probably has over a million km on the chassis, the engine is from a paddock and the gear linkage is from one of those washing lines we have down here in STRAYA.

I owned Rusty for over 7 years, dug the rust out, took everything apart and went everywhere in it. Today I made a visit and went for a drive for the first time in a year! Started right up, of course, and rides beautifully on the OEM struts I bought on Ebay for $65.

I acquired a pug 205 and my Dad BOUGHT Rusty from me, and loves driving it because as if you wouldn't? - This car is smooth and quiet, heaps of grip and strong brakes, handling is balanced and steering is light. And it HAULS! Not a fast car, but the needle goes right into the orange without hesitation. I don't know if it has a rev limiter? Probably needs one.

I recently had the opportunity to buy another honda, pictured for comparison - they weigh about the same. Despite being nearly 40 (hard) years old, Rusty is still awesome. The 205 GTi is a monster on the track sure but the accord is still a much better car.

So if you have an old honda, you should hang onto it

AND... 205 Being a piece of shit as usual

Great to hear the Accord is still fighting on. Bet the light clutch had you wondering if everything was still connected after so long not driving it! Yet they still seem to encourage hard driving... a great allrounder.
In spite of buying my CR-X SiR, I still drive my '79 daily... & my mother drives the CR-X! and I now have multiple Accords to play with.

Great to see the exotic new toy as well. Beautiful.
