integra engine swap

my gramps has got a oldschool integra that he says he'll never need again and is tryin to decide what to do with it... it's an older one, possibly 89 or 90 i don't know the years of the integra, but it has flip up headlights. if i could take any parts from it or do an engine swap, would it help my car at all? what is the hp of the engine? or is it all just a lost cause?

I think iam not sure but i think that it is a 1.6C i dont think it will fit could be wrong

its a lost cause, the d16 dohc motor is not the power house of its big brother the b-series
