My accord's fans dont seem to turn on at all i have checked the fan motors and they work fine. I also checked the fuses and change the sensors aswell. Still nothing got a new relay and still no. Any input??

Download the manual (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/vtyhl48z5...udl0xk_Oa?dl=0) and follow the chart on p. 23-6. It should get you steered right.
