    OKay ive fallen for elecron blue

    thats gonna be my new paint...should i keep my trim and have it painted to match or should i shave the trim?..HELP

    IMO it looks much better black with electron blue. I have pictures of accorddudes car and it looks perfect with the black trim.

    I will post the pics sun or monday when im back home but i think its too much on a color like that. It looks perfect with the black molding and i do like painted molding but generally on lighter color cars as of dark should have the black.

    i would say paint the moldings and mirros......i dont know how good black would go with blue.......id have to see some pics

    I would take the blue on the new PT Cruiser anyday over electron blue. But that is just my personal opinion.

    Ok here they are and you can see the black fits the car very well and i think if it was all blue it would look funny. Other honda's have much smoother side trip and i agree that they look better painted. This is Accorddude's car from one of our old boards so i dont know if he still visits or even still has the car.

    Wow!
    Those are the few times I can say that the black moldings look good with a different body color.

    How does BMW get away with black moldings and make them look really good, even on $80K M5s?

    Keep the black molding. Otherwise the electron blue will be too intense and look like a little kid's car with the deep primary-color style blue. Ick.
