Tune The Engine and Upgrade

Hey all,

I've started my new "project." I have my exhaust coming soon (coming off of my friends Integra).

I want to tune up my engine, get her running good (Which she still does). All of my oil changes I still have almost all of oil, etc etc.. so its time to tune up the A20

I'm looking at (and need suggestions for brand):

New Spark Plugs (thinking Bosch?)
New Wires (Have 8.0mm right now)
New Ignition (Coil, etc etc)

Im taking out my subs and amp, etc to sell it off for revenue .

Changing my fuel filter tonight as well as putting in a new thermostat (got a stuck one right now).

Also, I want to change my tranny fluid/filter (how hard?) and want to flush out my cooling system (going to Honda to do that).

Suggestions would be appreciated, I will be taking pics along to way with this as well...

Im setting a deadline for this project at the end of April, so hopefully it turns out well.

I would get NGK plugs either NGK R or Irridium IX
For wires I like magencor, crane cam and NGK.
For a coil get an accel coil the part number and install are in the how to.

You may want to install a new O2 sensor either bosck or NTK yes NTK. Get some spray and clean your Throttle body abd back of butterfly plate. as for the tranny fluid I recomend using honda ATF. You may also want to advance the timing a tad. couple degrees. Also buy a new PCV Valve.

I wouldn't use any other plugs but NGK. I use all MSD for my ignition. I like my 8.5mm wires and the 6a box and Blaster ss coil do a good job.

bosch platinum +4 plugs arent bad

Don't know for sure but I don't think you can change the trans filter. I hear it's a pretty primative beast. Honda ATF gets good reviews.
