this is actually the first time using photoshop. i use different programs that a lot easier. so i am still trying to figure out how to tint so i can make a pearl effect.

Ha Ha I'm the first too post on this thread!! J/K. Man is that just a photoshop?? If you can pull that off that will look killer. Those rims are the bomb too. I seen the exact same ones on a Ford focus earlier. Nice job man!!
you better believe i can and will pull that off. hahaha. I was getting Mary Kay pink but the base coat was TOO pink, so I am just going with Cadiallac white pearl which is white base coat and magenta/gold pearl. and the rims I am just gonna use the same gun metal paint i used on the other car and leave a nice lip!

you might wanna try selecting all the color....(like all the blue) using the lasso tool, and then use the Hue/Saturation tool....i never tried it, think it might work...give it a try..
also i bet u can google up some photoshop plugins made just to fux around wid cars

I will have to try that. i just started using it today so im not used to the program. on this pic i just cut each individual peice out and used brightness/contrast control to get the effect i wanted, with the body, trim, window and rims.
Jesse i was gonna lower it, except NO ONE WILL TELL ME HOW FAR YOU CAN LOWER IT ON 18's!! I wouldnt want to put it on the ground if it were physically impossible to do the actual car.

MarioBurke: I am really liking the white; it has the same color-layout as my very own 3G. I also just realized, it's actually semi-Pandastyle with that white body and the black mouldings (not entirely Panda, sadly enough). I love Panda. Especially the one in "Ranma 1/2".
well i took a stab at it, i didn't even bother to spend time in it, but jus wanted 2 show u how different it is if use the Hue/Saturation tool, thats what i used, didn't care to zoom in so its really suck :P but not bad for 10 minz...

ok Summoner101, i was using your tips on the hue and saturation. so this is what i came up with.

here is the second
hopefully this will give you kind of an idea of what pearl is. some of the differences are very subtle, that is the point of the pearl i am using. it is hard to see until you move to a different angle. This is going to be the goal hopefully!
