Hey, i just have an idea, would it be possible to DIY a upper front strut for our cars, like buying simple parts and screws to make?
it looks pretty simple, but im not sure?

Not sure what you'd hope to gain by doing that. Your ultimate goal with your suspension should be to have struts that have the ability to control what ever stiffness of spring you plan to run. I recommend stock Koni's up to 350lbs spring rates and down to a 2.25 inch drop. Below that drop you need to either have Konis shorten the front bodies or you'll need to modify the height of the pinch fork's by grinding them down 1/2" to the pinch fork bolt. You can add another 1/2" to that by removing the cast on brake hangers and let the strut body sink into the pinch fork body. However clearing the drive shaft my be a issue, but easy to fix.
Beyond 350lbs revalve the koni's to match the greater stiffness of the springs. Bilstein H.D. struts can also be revalved to btw.
