    HERES MINE!!!!!!

heres my painted tails!!! ugh this is like the 3rd time i posted this up, lol ..... go to walmart and go into the model car section and youll find a testors spray model.... it is called candy apple transparent red...... its only about 2.50..... go to your house, shack, apartment, manshion(yea right)or whatever you live in and paint.... it will not really match at first... but the sun will dire it out and the color will become better as days pass... good luck if you do paint. theres pics below....

If your concerned about the top and bottom matching, spray the entire lens. I took mine off the car and spray the orang and red part. Looks good too.

Me and a friend had our 3rd Gen coupes out one day about 4 years ago and were like lets do something to the tails, so we bought the paint, painted them they looked so tight. Very cool cheap mod you can do.

    tails

I usually did like 4 light coats on each side. I've done mine twice on my Accord, and once on my TL.

not really. well i guess it would be to people that already have red lenses or to a person with a car that they can buy clears or aftermartket tail. but to a community of cars that manufactures dont make shit for this mod looks great. and it does not look homeade what so ever.

I did 4 coats of transparent candy apple red and one coat of clear. It was easy and it looks good. And it cost less than $5.

There is a special paint that is made just for lights. Its an import paint that you could get in Oregon at a place called Alta. but you can probaly find it somewhere else. I did it on my lights and it matched perfectly. I didn't have to use a red spray paint and then clear coat it or anything. It lasts forever and won't faid like some other sprays, if you look at the lights on my car under pics (crwa) you can see how it turned out, and I only painted the amber, not the whole light.
