I was wondering where I could find discontinued parts for my accord, like the tube that goes behind the water pump housing

its one of those parts just doesn't seem to be available new atm. If its rusted in the middle you may get creative and use some rubber hose.

If your talking about the metal coolant pipe that runs along under the intake runners and to the water pump, I took mine to a shop and they welded a new pipe on it where the old one was rusted. Cost me $20.
