    intake

    the hose from my throttle body to my filter has three hoses coming out of it. are they. 86 honda accord lxi
    PLAY IT LOUD!!!!

    Follow them, where do they go? My 89 LXi only has a large one from the valve cover, not the other two you have.

    two of them follow the rest of my hoses into that dernd black box I think they are for the sensors. and the other one goes to the valve cover

    '86-'87 had two vacuum hoses on their intake as well as the one off the valve cover. '88-'89 only has the one off the valve cover.

    i have an 87 lxi and when i took of the stock air box i notice that there were two more lines on the dirvers side of the air box. what are they for?

    i just got an intake for my 86 accord lxi....the guy who cut the piping for me didnt know that either...so instead of lettin them go, he drilled two holes in the intake pipe...and put the pipes in those..cars workin fine....

    That is the way to go by drilling holes and inserting the vacume lines.
