Unhappy Balljoints are good! Car Still pulls!

Balljoints were replaced and car still pulls. I notice now that anytime I go over a dip in the road the car will pull to the right bad.
There is a road that has multiple little ups and downs (not potholes). and once I hit a down part of the road it pulls hard and goes veering off. Im getting pissed because no one can find out whats wrong at the places I have taken it to.

    Any other suggestions?

please put up the current aligment reading sounds like a car thats out of square and not enough caster combined with a toe problem. im on my 3rd accord theve all been lowered 2-2.5 inchs and driven striaght with no uneven tire wear. the hard part is finding and aligmnet guy who knows WTF hes doing.

Here is some info off the spec sheet they gave me
Top of sheet has Alignment measurements

Bottom is what I listed below where it says

    Actual
    Front Left Right
    Camber -0.7 -.06

    Caster 0.5 0.8

    Toe .01 0.00

    Rear
    Camber -0.2 -0.2
    Toe -0.02 -0.04

Tell me about it -these alignment guys align your car but it still does not drive straight and they say we didnt notice anything!!!
