Ported head on a stock a20a2 (carb)

My friend is trying to sell me a head that has been rebuilt and ported by a professional shop (I also know the shopkeeper and his work).
My engine is stock a20a2 with 160000km's
What kind of problems would I encounter if I buy and install this head on my otherwise stock engine (only a bigger exhaust).
-Regrind my cam?
-Bigger carb?
-Webers or Dellorto's?

Would it run well if I keep all the other parts stock? The head is also lowered for more compression.
It's very cheap, about 200$ so I might buy it anyway and put it in storage for the time I need my head rebuilt.

if you swap the carb and the cam along with the head you should be in for a nice jump in HP.

if you know for a fact that the shop and machinist who did the work is reputable, i don't see why you shouldn't get it. have it checked for cracks first though.

I swear man.. it's an LX.. grab EVERYTHING you can get your hands on. Muster up every resource you can to scavenge up some HP. If you want to win races, you can't miss details like this. Good find! Holy.. man you're lucky!
