1280x1024@32bit, each monitor. I usually have the IE window open at 1024x768 though

    Dual 21" is nice

to anyone that is sitll using 640x480.. if you're still using that, you're probably using a 28.8 modem as well. go out and buy a cheap ass 15" monitor and upgrade to 800x600.

i use 1152x864 at home (17") and 800x600 on my laptop.

design the site for 800x600.. in a year, most sites will probably be designed for at least 1024.

    btw, i'd change the poll if i were you. there's a bunch of rez's above 1024 (1152, 1280, 1600).

    drop 640x480 and add a 1280 and 1280+

    1600x1200 flicker free
I do photography work so I went with a higher end monitor, that is highly accurate for color.

Ohhh kay, maybe I'm not understanding something here. How do I check to see what I have the monitor set for. Cause I sure as heck don't need a magnifying glass, lol.:lol
And I pop in and out of 3 different photo editor programs for my photography work.

Heh, results of vote is good, only 8% can't see my site
I think, what 1024x768 is good choice, because many users have more that 1024x768 resolution, and if i make site for 800x600, they see for 50% blank screen... So, who have not good monitors, may be it's need to upgraded? :-)

    P.S. I use LCD Sony M61 "16 with 1280x1024 (tech record for 16" - it's SONY =)))

1280x1024 at work. I will not use a system with a resolution lower than 1024x768.

The SGI machines in the computer rooms here however.... 2400x1600 at full color.

This is how Jim....you right click on your desktop, choose properties, click on the settings tab and you can adjust it there
