    Angry car feels sluggish

ok yesterday the accord was running awesome, then last night it was really cold and it was running sluggish but i dindt think nuthing about it, cuz it usually does for a little while when its cold. but then today i drive it to the store to get some air in my tires and it still feels slugish, its like i have the handbrake on or soemthing. i dont know its hard to explain.
IM gonna try a full tune up soon maybe that is the problem.

Jack up the front and try to spin the tires by hand. It should turn with some efford but not much. If it doesn't or need too much efford then your brakes are binding.

yeah a friend of mines car just did that and his automatic choke was sticking, and once it was opened up the car ran much much nicer.
