Smile Weber is 1 - 2 mm away from WOT!

Ok it's almost there I mean the gap in the linkage is barely noticable... but I'm sure I could squeeze more power if I can just get that extra 1 - 2mm of play out.

Anyways I was so happy I jumped off a cliff... nah I just went down hill extremely fast... check out the suspension and tire section for my thread on my down hill excursion.

oh and the throttle is way smoother... I need a tighter spring, but thats about it.

    :lol

    i fixed the problem permanently.
I cut the cable and cable shaft near the firewall
the I unhooked the cable on the inside from the pedal.
Then i routed the cable and shaft so it would line up with the weber cable bracket and keihin throttle bracket i welded to the weber shaft. you'll have to cut the shaft a bit shorter than the cable... and then clamp on the throttle nud that normally go on the weber ner the cable end on the pedal side... loop the cable thru the pedal and you're done... make adjustments as nessecary.
