    Exclamation questions on the vacum lines

    ok what does takin the vacum lines off of the carb actually do????

    i dont know much.. but it kind of restricts its power, if you just take them off and plug them then you will get a lot more power, they mainly have them because of emissions.

    The best way to get peak performance is to just plug the vacum lines that are not crucial to the car. But if you plug the wrong ones you will end up with your car running like shit i can speak from experience.
    If it is broken then fix it. IF NOT LEAVE IT THE HELL ALONE

    If I do the how-to with no choke, won't I have to sit out with my car and manually hold the gas down on cold days?

    Unless you really know what youre doing i wouldnt suggest starting to remove the vacuum lines, some of them control your vacuum secondaries as well as your choke etc...

    i just use stick between my seat and my gas pedal. just stick it between and boom i got manual choke.
