Those are JDM Vigor tails. The owner said it was a pain in the ass to get. Also, the side skirts are from a 94-96 Transport minivan.

that car was a really nice car... and that kit didn't look like a homebrew... but the whole thing was... you CAN get those tails in america, but good luck... i've only seen one of those cars EVER, so i doubt you'd find one in the yards

If I remember correctly, the kid who bought that car totaled it shortly after he bought it. The previous owner was a member of this board back in the SleazyBoard days.
