    intank fuel pump is bad

    about 6 months ago car would sputter at speeds above 45 mph then die in tank fuel pump was bad so i put an externally mounted 1 under the hood but now its doing it again cant find the intank fuel pump for sell anywhere if you know where i can find please list link PS ordered a weber carb finally:p

    I think you can get them at any auto parts store. They are pretty simple to replace, I had mine done a while ago.

    i used an external pump generic from autozone

    I just replaced my in-tank one with a pump from autozone. Works good so far.

    I've got a bosch in mine with a bosch fuel pump relay under the hood. It's great so far, been on there since I bought the car. The only problem is that the default relay has a mercury switch in it, and if your car ever flips over, it cuts the fuel flow. The bosch doesn't. Needless to say I have a small fire extinguisher bolted to the passenger floorboard...just to be safe. :pimp:

    damn those boschs. they are the best automotive parts u can ever find in the world. The mag "Automotive Engeinering" that i subscribe to, rates the bosch equipments as the best all around. damn you bro, u should be freaking millionare.

    I have bosch relays on my fast blinker switch, does that make my car faster then? :lol
