They are adjustable and I recommend that with your sprints, that you max them out on their adjustment. (It is a rebound adjustment, so it won't make the car ride any stiffer, but it will help the car feel better).

p.s. Be carefull about trusting a shop to adjust them. Adjust them yourself. No matter what, pm me and I will walk through the process (the direction's really suck).

No mike was on stock honda struts if i recall so i think he will be amazed with the Koni's as i was over my old set up (tokicos and eibachs). Good luck mike and looks like Chris will help you out so you know its done right.
