engine angle?

at what angle does our engine lean forward?

I don't know for sure but in threads by andy and site they both state 15 degrees, so the manifold should tip down 10 - 15 degrees, with 10 being closer to nice so the carbs are pointing up a little. it is best to have a slight upward tilt on the carbs, up to 5 degrees.
