ok,
so far i know that EFI cam will fit on carb engine, and it will make it run smother.
but i have a question, will cam from A18A1 fit on A20A1?
A18A1 cam has more duration than A20A3 (efi). so i think it should give nice performance, don't you think guys?

Is this after you saw what Sean said.
Anyways assuming the firing order of the A18 and lobe spacing is the same as the A20's... While the A18 cam is in, get a regrind on the A20 cam.
