I am not sure but i think jim said those things had like 300-400% the sping rate over stock. which is not always a good thing. If you want a stiff ride for autoxing there good but you will have to get some revalved struts. But I think if you get the ground control springs you can use a koni "i think". The revalved struts are not cheap like almost if not more than a grand. you will have to talk to jim to get the real info.

From what I've heard, they're not bad. But holy shit are they overpriced on that site. Ebay regularly has 'em for anywhere from 79-99 per set. That's less then half in most cases.

But yeah, scorpion is right, unless you want to spend big $$ on getting a set of struts that will not give up on you quickly, and will work well with those coilovers, you're better off with something like H&R. Take a look at Jims thread at the top of this forum which contains info on most all springs/coilovers available for the 3G.
