I really like the front pic, the side pic doesn't work for me (just something about our cars from the side that just doesn't look right to me). I'd love to see more pics of your car, if you were close to me I'd take more pics myself.

Curious, what size tire's are you running? Looks like 205/50-15.

I didnt know they made one either , but he sent me one last month , it has the mugen casting on the top just like the integra one , come to think of it wouldnt it be the same part as the b18 one since all b series (16 and 18s not sure about the 20s ) share the same head configuration , I will have to check the part #s

interesting. Ok well it is relativly sunny/warm out today and if i get home in time i will pull the rockstar out of hibernation and snap some pics. BTW i am looking for an lxi parts car so i can swap to FI. cant stand carbs. errr.... I am at such a loss of motivation for this car. tell me why i should keep it, what i should do and why i should do it. Not be an attention whore, but i am running out of legit reasons to keep the car.

just got off the phone with my guy in japan , the mugen intake manifold is for the b18 , but it does bolt up to any b series motor (b20a included supposedly, there is a little bit of a language barrier )it was for the second gen integs so that would be a early b18 which if I am correct (and I might not be ) we only got that in the gsr but dont quote me on that because for some reason I thought the gsrs over here came with a b17. But i digress , it should fit the same way a b16 manifold fits the a20 block.

That's the difference you idiot! Eat your own words. Well when you only do 3 mods it makes sense. Your car looks Horrible. Way to go on ruining a 3G. The fact that you guys with black wheels thinks it looks good, are on crack and should be shot. If I saw you driving I'd go wow look at those stock tires, or studs. As do many other people I'm sure. Here are some quotes from friends of mine who have Acuras. Some idiot posted saying he wanted to put black wheels on a TL, here is the response he got,

    "I HATE black wheels"

"Going for the latest "RICE" look? Then do it. Waste of money"

"Black rims are definitely an acquired taste. I mean on some cars they look ok, but on others, it looks like the car is driving on 4 spare tires".

"My buddy has an Integra GSR with black rims and it looks total rice"

"If you put black rims on a car your asking to get laughed at"

"Put rims on your car that people can see, why would you put black wheels on"
Ya know, this isn't the do what ever the hell you want forum. This board isn't the place to start shit like nate (who, so far is playing by the rules). I'd like to say I'm surprised at your conduct mike, but it's just history repeating. At first I was going to delete all the nastiness, but I see mikes repeated attemtps at trash talking as a violation of member conduct. These people aren't on crack, they don't need to be shot and their not idiots. This is a warning mike, continue your behavior and you'll be banned. Yes, you are valuable, but not when you behave like this.

I knew in advance you'd say those exact words.

It's a different world as far as what we will put up with, how come nate has figured this out and you haven't?

A war of words from you to me serve's you no purpose mike, you have nothing to prove with me.

I dont have my car anymore. I broke down and I sold it to the towing company. Bobafett and 87hybrid are using the car for experiment purposes.

Atleast it's being put to good use for new ideas.

I'll try to find another accord once I get afew things done on the Jag.

    Let's see more pictures!!!!!!!

Chronic, honestly as far as some positive motivation for keeping the 3G...

...first of all, I don't like red, but ur car wears it very well. Props on that. You currently have a carb setup right? Well, here's ur options: Weber conversion of some sort, or just an EFI swap. Either way, it's a project, but certainly worth the time and effort. If you like turbo, contrary to popular belief, you can still sport the carb. That car looks badass, and can be badass on the auto-x with just a little work. 90% of what accounts for a good time is Great driving, the car only accounts for a small percentage. Compared to the hp/torque ratio of other cars, the A20 is comes out on top for torque. This engine is a great auto-x'ing engine. Stick with it man, in no time you'll be taking FTD's home every time you hit an auto-x.

I actually have been meaning to put on my 1st gen CRX lip, but that needs to be modified. So maybe now since the bumper is off I will go check out the legend and 1st gen teg lips. I definitely want to add something, but I **MIGHT** have to raise my car up. lol

Thanks for all the compliments guys it really means a lot!

here are a few pics from when I first lowered it on my GCs. Notice the non painted moldings

I'm not questioning your decision (ok, mabey a little) but if you are trying to keep the peace, why leave Mike's posts?

I'm sure you have your reasons, but could you let me in on them...?

Only one of mikes post is shown, that one is in quote, the other's were moved to administration. I pm'd you the reason for editing out your post, you know why I did that. As far as leaving Mikes post's I felt it was the lessor of 2 evils and it actually gives insite to why I warned him and allowing him to attack me divert's his anger away from you all and resolves the conflict.

I love all your cars, but i'm sorry i just don't see the beauty in black rims....am i not seeing something, or is it an acquired taste? I've always had a thing for chrome and I just don't understand the black rims, they remind me of wheels without hubbies......
