Jerky/stuttering at decelleration mainly, and cruising speed not smoothly alsol

My 1985 dual carb'd 1.8 manual transmission Prelude is not decellerating smoothly and also at cruising it is stuttering a bit. So when i'm driving and let go of my gaspedal and let it ride out it is not smooth but a bit stuttering. Is this a common problem ?
I have replaced the cap /rotor,sparkplugs/wires,airfilter,ignitioncoil and all vacuumlines and the fuelfilter but this hasn't solved the problem.
Is there an obvious suspect that causes this systems ?

    Auke.

Has the car been sitting for a long time?

The car has been sitting for about a year with the previous owner, before i bought it,yes.
Does that give you an idea of what might be wrong with it ?

Yup. It's been siting a long time. I don't know why, but lots of little gremlins move into a sitting car. Drive it daily and they will move out again.
