You can either cut that off and add to little female connectors and shrink wrap it and plug them inn or add a fuel pump relay which you can check that out in the how-to
The connector is a "250 series" connector.
250 Housing Lance Armlock - ET type Connector with Tangless Terminals
The fuel pump connector is on a separate harness too. You could get another one from a junkyard.
