Bottom strut bolt seized & stripped ! Help

Spend weeks rounding up new struts, bumpstops bellows, mounts, springs & went to change one of the rears out today, I think their 33 year old factory origininals the bottom mounting bolt wouldn't budge, heated, soaked in PB blast, impact wouldn't touch it , all I ended up with was a rounded out bolt head so didn't try the other, Where do I go from here ?
