    Removing cowl

    i guess the black thing in front of the windshield is called the cowl, anyways i was wondering how to remove that, i see some plastic screws on there but is that all thats holding it on?

    I know you need to remove the wiper blades... and the trim along the top of the firewall.


    I should have worded that better.... the entire wiper arm assembly.

    yeah you gotta take those things off... carefully. Wipers need to come off too

    Be careful not to strip the plastic screws Why do you want that thing off anyways? Weight reduction?
