Location air breather tube petroltank ?

Can anyone tell me where the air-breather tube of my petroltank is located ? I mean the device that makes sure that your tank is not sucking vacuum during driving ? I want to check it to make sure it is not blocked or twisted or something like that which would prevent free airflow to the petroltank.
    It is of a 1985 2 gen. dual-carburated Prelude.

Well, the other end of it will be connected to the charcoal canister under the hood.

Well,i donīt have a charcoal cannister because of other laws in Europe ,or at least there is no charcoal in it,but i think i know what you mean.It is a black little can and there are two or three tubes connected to it and at least one of those has some suction on it. If this is correct at least i have a starting point but i rather have the location of the tank-connection.
    But thanks anyway.
