    How hard is it to install front balls joints?

    Is this somethign I could do in my garage since Im putting on drop springs and struts?

    sure

    I just did it on my 88 DX. You'll need a good heavy hammer to drive out the old joint and ring pliers to remove the snap ring.

    same way you got it out, bash the hell out of it with a hammer, preferably somthing like a lead or brass hammer so you dont fuck up the joint too much

    I'd suggest a small block of wood, like a chuck of 2X4. Put that
    on top of the joint and hit the wood instead of directly hitting
    the joint when putting the joint in. Taking it out, I've read you can use a deep well socket.
