    fuel flow

    Im thinking about putting a holley blue pump on my car.the fuel flow rate of this pump is 160gph and has two 1/2" npt inlet and outlet ports and one 3/8" return line.send me your feedback on wether I should try this or not.p.s whats the flow rate of the OEM pump?

    The blue puts out 70gph@14psi (110 free flow). You're thinking about a volumax pump. You'll never need that kind of fuel in a carbed accord. If you're not running some big carbs on there or don't have plans of it then you're better off leaving it alone. Weber carbs would prefer a holley red pump. They don't like to have more then 5psi put on them. The red is regualted for 5psi already, though I find mine prefer it be at 4.

    its supposed to be rated at 160gph,holley volumax?and it only cost me $150 not $900 but I do have a weber 32/36 on order.I think it can handle it.

    The stock pump is fine for the 32/36.
