Nope. Some of the 88+ preludes had a pgm-carb light if I recall correctly, but not the Accord.
Makes it real fun trying to explain to younger folks how your car doesn't have an ecu at all.

On the carb ones, sort of a quasi ecu thing. All it does is control emissions functions.
Like in my case being Weber swapped, it does nothing.
