Is it idling too low, or just shaking while idling at normal speed?
Sorry though, I'm not sure where the adjustment is on the carb

No wait it is shaking at a low idle speed a little bit under 1

That would be the motor mounts then -- front and/or rear, but most likely both. New ones from Honda will fix that.
If you want to adjust the idle speed a bit for now, the idle adjustment screw is on the throttle body right on the top, just left of the center. It's a recessed flat flathead screw, about 1/2 inch wide, and probably either gold (brass) or grey in color. Turn counter-clockwise to raise it (you may have to push hard and turn to get it to turn...it can be stubborn if closed all the way)
EDIT: If it's idling just under 1k, then that's normal. It's supposed to idle at 750 +/- 50 rpm's, so it should be about 1 line below 1k
