everyonce in awhile driving and i stop at a red light the rpms goes way down and bounce back up and when i take off and floor it theres like no power it barely goes then comes back to life after a few anyone know whats wrong?

i used to have the drop in rpms when i stopped sometimes but it went away after i got a tune up and had all the fluids changed.

well today i just changed the oil i havent drove it since except pullin outta the garage and backin up in but did urs lose power like u floor it and barely go anywhere? my oil was black as hell and it was really thick for some reason and smelled like burnt oil bad. i toped off the radiator fluid filled the power steering and the tranny fluid was fine and i changed the oil so i hope its fixed. if anyone else ahd this problem what was wrong?
