Are you talking about the manifold or the head or what? I grinded out my headers a lot before I put them on and de burred it. Umm about the manifold PhydeauX mention in a thread about making a custom manifold for the weber carbs that port and polish would be tough to do and it wouldn't make that much of a difference and that the walls are pretty thin the way it is. I don't know if anyone has port and polished the head yet.

I know you can send the head to Gude and they would do it for you. I can't remember if they are good though. Maybe someone else can tell us. Well first off what are your other mods? Do you have an auto or 5 speed?

To give you some idea -A local tuning shop (heard about them through Import Tuner) -had to look at my car first -So I went down there and he said a total of 447.00 -I think I will go with headers first.

i think youd be better off porting the crap out of the intake. Its easier to do and harder to screw up than the head.
