Lock cylinder and key and ignition switch can be bought at your local parts store. Only part you can't get is the housing. If you lost the key you can drill the little pin out and remove the whole lock cylinder

i got the lock cylinder out and put a new one in and it still sticks thats why i want the whole housing the old one is messed up a friend of mine gave me a 1989 sei sedan and im fixing it up for my wife

Mine does that in the winter. Some reason the cold makes the lock bind up, takes a few minutes before you can get the key out.
Of course, that's normally, right now it wont come out at all =P
