what does A20A1 mean by "and to remove it from the carb you will have to drill the rivets out to gain access to one of the screws."
cant i just remove the choke to get to it??

There is one more screw behind the plate (basically inside) that still holds the module onto the carb. You wount be able to get it off with just those two screws outside so you gotta remove the plate hence drill out the rivets. There's no easier way to get the rivets off. You might need some nuts and bolts to put the plate back on if you still keep the module.
to get access to prmary vinturi screw you will have to remove choke.
