m-tranny grinds into 3rd

I really dont have a problem shifting into any other gears (reguardless of my previous RPMs) but when i shift from 2nd into 3rd (especially when im trying to accelerate fast) i get the crrrrrrrrrrrr as it gets to speed

is there any way to help alliveate this (its really annoying when im trying to accelerate onto a highway, because i dont have the time to hold in the clutch for like twice as long so it dosent grind)

i guess i will probably have to replace the synchros and or dog teeth

You can try a tranny flush but yeah that's the problem.. 3rd gear synchro is gone. You can do the double clutch thing until you can replace the synchro? Do a search to read and learn how to do this.

yeah i replaced the tranny oil today... i guess im gonna have to replace that synchro, but ill wait till it gets worse (and im better at car stuff, before i do the transmission!)
