    Temp sensor size

    Is it 1/8 npt?

    I believe it should be. Same as oil temp. sensor.

    1/8 and BPST is really close,but im not sure what it is either.

    It seems it is confirmed to be 1/8NPT. Took a shot in the dark and bought an inline sensor housing. Works like a charm, gauge works again!
    The housing is 26mm.


    All told, cost 13$ for housing and a new sensor.

    I tried using the thermostat housing but the sensor isnt long enough to make good contact with the coolant. Really isn't anywhere else to put a sensor that's before the radiator to get a good reading.
    Carb model; the sensor is in the intake since coolant flows through it but that's long gone =P
