blower? hahahahha, i bet it is one of those electric supercharges we see on ebay all the time.
those things actually reduce your HP by making air restriction.

drop youre ac, and take off the 2nd fan from the radiator if you count from the battery side, if youre standing in front of the car, its on your right.

yes, its one of those, and have you seen one work. you can hear the air being pulled in. there's not a dyno clse to me or i would prove it to u. ne way i like it and the setup makes my sound great.

Local honda tech got sent off to the air force. If u want something done u just have to do it urself! Having the engine rebuilt.
It may move air, but not enough to add any power. Those electric fans are really bilge blowers for boats; they're meant to vent gases from the engine room of a yacht, etc. They are innefective as a power adder. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you got taken.
