Hey everyone, my name is Wes. My cousin and I decided to go halfers and bought an '86 Accord HatchbackHas 236k miles (odo stopped working) but we plan on fixing it up to return it to its former glory. Drivable, but brakes don't work until pedal is all the way to the floor though, leaky brake fluid somehwere, right rear drum doesn't feel right, driver side fender/door don't match due to an accident previously, has a minor idling issue and currently non-op since previous owner had not driven it since November.
Got into it mainly for nostalgia LOL. My cousin was the one who actually brought it up to me.
My dad had a brittany blue '89 Accord Coupe SE-i, and I really missed that car. Didn't think anything of it when I was a kid and now I realize how cool of a car my dad had! If I remember correctly it drove really smooth, had nice beige leather interior and the color was pretty cool! Credit to my pops lmao.
