So I'm trying to get a bit more power out of my 84 lx so on-ramps aren't as terrifying, it's a carbed es2 with 5spd. I'm a broke college kid so a 32/36 or 38 swap is out of the question for at least the next few months. I've done a 38 swap on an 86 dx before so I know about dealing with the black octopus on a 3g but not 2gs. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
A K&N filter plus some platinum plugs would be relatively cheap and easy.

Did you ever figure out how to do a vacuum delete on the 84 lx I’m interested in doing the same thing to my car but not sure how since I couldn’t find any videos on it but also what sacrifices do I have to make to devac it.
Vacuum delete adds no power. Don't waste your time.
